Who you are dealing with
The operator and public contact details must be completed in the business card before sales. These terms apply when checkout is enabled. Checkout identifies the plan, price, currency and billing interval before payment. The business card identifies the legal seller; Stripe processes the payment.
Accounts and agreement
An adult account holder must actively accept these terms to create a customer account. Keep your email and key private and use accurate information. A parent or guardian can manage an account for supervised launcher use. Account sign-in supports email and, when configured, Google and Discord. Privacy notices explain the necessary processing; accepting terms is not advertising or tracking consent.
What the license covers
Your tier allows use of the EnderBase desktop launcher within the displayed profile and device limits. One server process runs at a time. A saved profile is a configuration, not hosted computing capacity. A tier that allows commercial use grants permission to use EnderBase commercially; it does not grant Minecraft monetization rights or override a mod, plugin, server project or other third-party license.
You supply the computer, network, compatible Java runtime and any required game accounts. Minecraft and server projects have their own EULAs. Mod and plugin compatibility must be checked before installing; keep backups and review required dependencies.
Monthly and lifetime access
When offered, a monthly subscription renews at the price and interval expressly accepted at checkout until cancelled. The checkout must provide a straightforward cancellation method. Cancellation stops future renewal and access lasts through the paid-through date unless refunded or otherwise required by law. Use the billing portal in My account to manage or cancel renewal; support can also help with cancellation.
A lifetime plan is a single payment for the purchased EnderBase license. In current compatible builds, a saved, signed lifetime activation remains usable offline on its original bound device. New-device activation, downloads, account recovery, provider catalogs and update delivery need available online services. “Lifetime” is not a promise that servers, external APIs, support or future updates operate forever. Legacy renewable keys use the shorter expiry shown in their signed access.
Refunds
The voluntary refund window is seven calendar days after each successful charge, including a renewal charge. See the refund policy. Mandatory consumer remedies and longer withdrawal rights remain available where applicable. Terms acceptance does not waive statutory digital-content withdrawal rights.
Acceptable use and ownership
Use the service lawfully. Do not share access outside your licensed device allowance, attempt to access another person’s keys, attack the service or distribute content you lack permission to distribute. EnderBase branding and original materials do not transfer ownership to you. Open-source components and third-party content remain governed by their own licenses.
NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT.
Changes, service limits and disputes
Future server or content catalogs depend on their providers. Compatibility, an uninterrupted connection and the availability of every version cannot be guaranteed. Material license or subscription changes must be disclosed prospectively, with any legally required notice or agreement. They do not retroactively remove a purchased offline lifetime activation.
Please raise a problem through support first so the operator can investigate. Texas law may apply subject to non-waivable protections in your jurisdiction. These terms do not impose arbitration, remove mandatory warranties or limit liability that cannot legally be limited. No clause here prevents a protected complaint to a regulator or court.
